  • Ticket portal for Customer

    It will be usefull if customer can track their ticket at their own portal, this gonna be a game changer imagine if we have client that has long project with us, they wanna see their ticket back and forth, for now they need to search in their email inbox, if there is ticketing portal, they just login and see all their previous ticket.

  • Add BCC Field to Conversations

    Part of my team has moved from just using regular email to using DoneDone for customer support. The only thing we're missing is that there's no BCC option so we can privately include team members or others who aren't using DoneDone with us. Would be really nice to have this.

  • View original message option for conversation replies

    Currently, you can view the HTML version of an incoming email. However, for subsquent replies, only the plain text version is returned. In addition, occasionally, some replies get cut off prematurely (particularly if someone replies inside the body of the existing thread). There should be a way to "view the original email" for each reply as well.

    At the moment you can move tasks from one project to another, but you cannot copy them. It would be very handy to be able to copy tasks from one project to another.

  • Mark Mailbox Conversation as Spam

    I occasionally get submissions that aren't support related, but spam. It would be nice to be able to mark the message as spam, it gets deleted and any future messages from that email address get automatically marked as spam/deleted.
